Please clarify this statement, If a paying customer does not share his account and gets hacked through no fault of his own , you as a representative of A3 India will just wash his hands from this matter ??
This means that the hacker wins and thus the hacker will continue to hack as he is on a win win situation.
The end result being people will leave A3 , is this what A3 support desires ????
i am amazed at how negative you are , Krail is a paying customer if he is hacked through a security issue you should let no stone unturned till you find out exactly what happened , and then replace his missing items.
carefull how you respond as it may be used against you in a court of law,as this matter has serious implications
Paying customers deserve to be protected and if you feel you can not do this, then there must be a higher level of management a paying customer can contact ???
