my char IGN Padme got deleted on sept 10 n its still not back. a3support said that it will be retrieved on 23rd october. later they said that due to some techinical problem it was not able to retrieved and asked for another 48hours. but over week has passed and its still not back.
even guides are of no use. they no longer reply when i ask them about progress about my deleted character.
please look on this matter. when i ask guides about if ane Gm is online they say they dont have any information. now i am beginnin to lose my patience. please try to get my character retrieved as soon as possible.
