Since your items are destroyed we are unable to retrieve those items. The word destroy means "the items are not in any account , it is out of server by selling it to npc / vanished by not picking the item after it dropped. Any how the hacker who took / takes advantage by selling item to npc is / will be penalized. It is the same in your case too.
