i sent mail to [email protected] they r telling tht your request has been denied.Because the claim which you have made is a
belated claim.So we are sorry to say that we might not be able to help
you with your issue.
what is this y i got such a harsh reply.... pls help me to retriv my char back.. w8ing for ur positive reply :(

Yes , your request was denied due to belated claim. Why don't you put a request as soon as the account was/suspected to be hacked. Two months is too long , hence we cannot help you in this issue.
