Not a good decision GM's

Hi GM,
I was hacked a few months ago
. and as per gm (i have screen shot, if u want i wil mail you / wil put in forums) he told me the name of hacker and he was banned with 3 ROC.
i lost 200+ mil(approx) at that time and was given the below reply :
THank you for contacting A3 customer care.

Now the character is to be relesed. . .
who is in loss
... i need my wz if he is relesed or i protest.....
