Online renewal pin

Hi, I am quite new to this game and reached level 30 and i couldn't login so i clicked the renewal account link that took me to the sifymall wesite and i saw there were only three products for "Game cards" so i bought a Game card of 1 month validity (Rs.250) pin and the pin and password was emailed to me but now i can't enter the pin to reactivate my account coz the renewal pin i got is of 12 digits and a3india needs 16 digits pin!

The next day i went to that site again and saw a3 renewal products!!UFFF!! :evil:
So is it useful in activating A3india?
Where can i use this renewal pin? :?:

You cannot use game card for A3
