definetly NO.
the old days are gone where each player according to his lvl category had their sense of gameplay.
Nowadays making upto lvl 30 is just a work of hours,
so it will be useless to keep events.
Anyways if they are to hunt in Temoz or Quanato till lvl 30,
he will definetly get some good number of UJs DJs.

Why would they conduct events for people less than 30? They are playing for free. The GM's get no cash from that. So basically - the answer is a NO.

i think the ans is yes there should be event below 30
zoc if new ppl want to come there should have some entertain for him
so event below 30 is must
but the reward need not to have uj and dj or rice

reward should have like g7 g8 items

Reward of a G7 and a G8 to a 30 level player? Then why not? All high levelers will make new characters again just for the heck of it...

If that is restrained - the noobs will have no use for them instantly and will obviously sell them off to higher level players and inturn take this as a chance to boss them and act smart which is a real piss off..

A totally outta story thing if you ask me...There's no need for events for people below level 30...
