We cannot roll back on the penalty given to you. Your account was released only after you accepted the penalty. The shue will be removed from your account.

Sir.. i am not telling to rollback my penalty... I am just requesting you to decrease my penalty .... 5 lvl de-levement at my stage is too much... its too tough for me to lvl up again... I have already lost my Unqiue Weapon...
If you cannot return my Unique than You do not have any right to take that shue back... if that person gets his shue back i too want my Unique Xbow ( Grahsat) BaCK......
If you cannot return my Unique Xbow then please please please decrease my De-levement penalty... make it 1 lvl penalty sir... ita my humble request to you...
