Does lore affect drop rate

Question directed at GMfirst or whoever has a proper knowledge the games inner working.

1. do NPC favours and lore have effect on drop rate(quest drops and item drops and any 1 of them).

your options are

"Yes"
"No"
"I am not sure, i'll confirm and let u know soon" (mention how many days u need to confirm if it's the case)

2. If lore has, how?

3. if NPC favours have, which NPCs and how again?

Drop rate have nothing to do with NPC favour or lore.
