dumbest question, how to save and quit the game?

u cant save. if u press exit, ur character gets "offloaded" from that ramp, gets persisted onto the server. if u erconnect, u'll re appear wherever u'd pressed exit!!!

u mite wonder what if u exit in a mob area. dotn worry, ur char disappears from the mob area. it'll come back 2 the exact same place when u reconnect

That's if you do a clean exit. If your network lets you down in the middle of a monster fight, i.e. while u were attacking/being attacked, you are screwed. Prepare to return to a dead shue (guaranteed if you were in c1/carode) and dead character.

PRESS ESC AND CLICK ON QUIT.

IF U GET DCED[DISCONNECTED] DUE TO ANY REASON THEN YOUR CHARACTER REMAINS ONLINE FOR 5 TO 10 SECS.

SO YOU ARE SCREWED.

WORST CASE WAS THAT OF MY PAL SOLARIN.

DAT BUGGER DCED AT 10 PM AND HIS CHAR WAS DEAD IN R3 TILL HE RECONNECTED.

HE HAS SCREENSHOTS SENT TO HIM BY HIS PALS.

Ugh..I hate R3. For the last 20 levels (now im 85) there has been NO change in the pain dished out by liroxes...they seem to get turned on by archers in G6. But I've been luckier...got dced in a party around thrice while i was there, and despite havin a slow PC that takes 5 mins to load A3 and all-I was still alive on logging back in.
Infact, no one knew I got dced till i told em...then all said 'no wonder u were so quiet
