how guides give a rong info

hi all,
i am a 134 lvl mace hk which have been baned fr roc 16 that i have bought a shue which is hacked 1 and i didnt knew it now guides told me thati will be able to login my character after 24 hours yesterday @ 9.45 guides told me @ 12 th may now after 24 hrs i cant login in the game and when i told guides now that y i cant login she telling me that we dnt have ny info on it so contact [email protected] u guys only tell me wat shld i do over here and i have got the screenshot also abt wat guides told to me yesterday @ 12 th may and as i got penalty frm a3support i have accepted too and still i cant loginhelp me in this matter
help me and post ur reply to me thanking you a lots wh help me

Wait for a day or two..if you still cant log in then complain..

you need to understand that yours is not the only issue the gm's and guides have to deal with..!!

there are 6000 people more playing this game sparing your carcy..

Put up from a home connection or something.

If you havent realized..playin from home is cheaper than playing from a cafe..
