sir,

i have sent to a3support, but they gave a curt reply saying we cannot help you as your account hacked 2 times so any hack in future we are sorry,

now that is devastating reply, i have sent them a mail saying my SS some how ended with Missmage / and Excorticmage sold it to her , Excorticmage said she got it from a guy called Sataninque ,

from two months i was asking my stuff and SS but i got reply many times a big NO.

i sent a letter to give info which might help in how they hacked me , because no one knows my personal info nor me playing from cafe , even then i got hacked , and A3 support itself said they had a bug which if any one knows id they can hack but bug fixed,

now they say i got hacked two times,

first of all when it is paid you should not have bugs and openly you people say bug fixed , what do you mean by that , a clever hacker could have logged into all the accounts and just noted down personal details and wait for the right time to hack , then you people simply wash your hands and say we fixed bug so it is because of your carelessness you got hacked,

now even if i say me did not play from a risky system or a cafe nor did i share password, you people keep on saying me got hacked because of my carelessness.

now you dont believe me nor you people can prove i did not take all precautions same way i also do not believe you people stopped all leaks from your end nor there is a mole at your end,

atleast reply in a humane way , we go into so much suffering when we get hacked and it causes so much trauma which may be you understand or not but it is ruining life,

now coming to code of rule

does code of rule say some people can be given birds and stuff back and some people cannot be given,

can you people cross you heart and say no one was given back stuff / bird and i even hear rumors that the server was shutdown to prevent a high lvl player from not getting hacked or his stuff being npced (i heard it when chatting with some guys who were condoling for me getting hacked)

it may be a rumor it may be true

code of rule should be same for all

if some one was given back stuff/ SS from A3 beginig in India , i too have equal right

and what is the reply for "better way to identify real owner" thank you for the suggestion

what precautions are you people taking for not getting hacked / and why are you not creating a better way to identify real owner

i would like to ask you one more thing,

are you people training / intimating all those who register in A3 what they should do when they get hacked , what questions you ask , etc,


i bet most of A3 players do not know that they would be asked questions apart from pin and they cannot answer when they lvl ed up etc

is it some study or phd we doing to remember all those things

come up with a better way and instant way

imagine loosing credit card getting lost and that company says until you prove your identity all transactions will be billed

there should be some way of protecting accounts

i am fed up of A3 support and hence posting here

please help help help

Never compare the issues with others. The answer which you got from a3support will be final.
