GMs plz help me getting my staff back.

this is wat happened ..@a3support or a3 team..some days back i sold my uni staff to some noob character and he paid me 360mil wz for it , then after that day u banned my account saying it was tempororily blocked for preventing it from getting hacked then when after so many days when i got my character back i found that that woonz is not in my account , so i wrote a mail to you guys about giving me back my woonz , u told me then that the woonz i am asking was from a hacked account ,so the issue here is that... i got that woonz by selling my staff to some character , wats my fault in it i didnt know he was paying me the woonz which was hacked, how can anyone possibly know that ?...i want my staff back please , i dont want anyone else's hacked woonz ..I WANT MY STAFF BACK .I DONT WANT WOONZ.

Please GM help me getting my staff back ..Its the first time i am asking for ur help in my whole A3 life.
