GMs please clear my dout regarding relations with NPC

Hi,

I wanna change my town but i hv good relations with kaduru,i wanna know that will they remain good even if i change my towns and cm Temoz back from Quanato ?...............1 more thing......if i put opal,peridot etc on which crafter's my success rate will depend aftre cming back Temoz ?For example right nw i hv good relations with kaduru but i hv changed town and nw i'm frm Temoz where crafter is Yarmo......so will success of lvling of items and putting option depend on my relations with Yarmo or kaduru ???????????????????Please clear my dout..
