What happened about my charter???

What happened about my charter???

Hi Gms, I have mailed in the dec quoting that my charter got deleted and they said that there would be a penality by degeading 2lvls. and gave me a reference id; 4431965,and when i asked about this matter, respected Diablo said that the mail has sent to me, But i not received any of the regarding mail. :evil: :evil: :evil:

And i need my charter back plz look forward into this matter and solve this matter sir. :( :(
