unable to login char

i am unableto login my char,

My char name is Blackhell and i m able to login a3forums with the same password bu not able to login ingame...Plz see to the problem...

i have already sent a mail nd they have asked to change pass nd login again....which I have done bt same thing is happening ...it is not even that my password is changed ...coz i can login in the website bt not ingame plz understand the problem...

2day i have recieved a mail frm [email protected] that I ll have to send a mail to the mail.sify.com....nd ask them to send my password back but I dont understand that Y shud i ask for my password when it isnt changed ....i think my char is stuck smwhere....plz c to the problem

hey gm's y arent u ppl telling nething straight.....even in the mails they arent suggesting meaningful...
