The Compensation issue.

Hi Gms,

I am sorry I am posting it again but you locked the old post.

You promised me on 10th that I will be compensated with 500000 xp in my accounts withing 24 hrs. Actually I am still waiting for the xp to show up in my accounts.

If it will take time. Please lemme know. I know mine is not an urgent issue, and 500k xp wont make much difference to my character. But still if I can get that I will be greatful.

I have 2 characters in two different ids which suffered this issue.

Hi Gms,

One more thing I was curious about.

I dunno how u calculated, but u said earlier that we will be compensated as per xp gained prior to the issue. I couldnt understand how 500k xp is calculated for 3 days lost.

You will get your EXP compensated with 500000 xp by today.

What exactly are you trying to convey?

Everytime you say, you will get it by today. But then nothing happens.

Kindly check your character; exp was put on your character on the same day.

HI GM, I cant say anything about comeonbaby. Because I have died so many times that I might have lost too much xp.

But one this is for sure that my other character RECKON (LVL 85 HK) hasnt recieved any compensation. It is on another id. I have already given details regarding that character in my previous post.

Please see if u can do anything about that character also.

The compensation has been given to the character called Comeonbaby.

I understand that GM, but the other character"RECKON" lies in another id, which faced the same issue.
I was asking about that. Please could u look into matter.

Sorry we won’t be able to do that since you asked us to do in any of this name Comeonbaby (LVL 105+ MAGE) Reckon (LVL 85+ HK) we gave it to comeonbaby because it’s a high level character.

Hi Gms,

I think I was not able to explain it to you.

I have two different ids.
My first id has Comeonbaby (Lvl105+Mage)
My Second id has Reckon (Lvl 85+ HK)

Comeonbaby is played by me. And Reckon is played by my wife.

We both faced same issue at the same time. Though Reckon took one extra day to be recovered.
that means: I was not able to login with Comeonbaby's id nor with reckon's id. Whereas normally we play simultaneously as i have more than one pc. Thats the reason i was asking for Reckon's compensation too. If both the characters would have been in same id. I would have not asked for this. But please consider as two different cases. As these are two different ids. I cant post with Reckons id as I am not able to create a new id in forums. So whatever i have to convey for Reckon it has to be from this id only.

If you check the interact id's i gave u earlier, you would find out that they are two different ids with different email addresses.
