Post by Erazor »

Dear GMs,

This is a problem i am sure all high lvl players are facing the server is reset just about anytime ure technical team feels like which is causing loss to players and ofcourse filling ure pockets.

I am requesting you to send shouts declaring time 5 mins to server shutdown something like that can save players millions.

Would request you to refund for losses due to your server restes.

There was no server reset at this time. You must have got DC'ed from the server due to local network issues. Please check it up with your ISP/Cafe. If there was a server problem from us, we ll see thousands of posts here.

Dear GM,

My subject is an open challenge to you. The picture ure creating is Rosy but when u dig deep within its hollow.

I am astounded by your claim that all the problems are due to our local ISPs.
i am using Sify, MTNL, BSNL, Iqara all of them are 256Kbps being a network engineer. i would request you to tell me which ISP i should use for less laggs.

I will inform you that the date and time i told u the server rest happened i know atleast 10ppl using different ISPs who were DCed.

Very unfortunate to have GMs like you who are replying without investigating.

This hopefully will be my last post cause i have realized that Stick is better than words.

Thanks for the eyeopeners from your end.

Lastly for the one sick person who wants server rests "play galore i hope u loose ur G9s many many times"

You will get the best ping to our server from our cafes/gamedromes followed sify broadband and dialup connections. Amongst other ISP's Airtel and BSNL are good and co-operative when it comes to resolving lag.

About server resets, pls understand if there is a server reset then logically all players in the server should be thrown out. That includes our guides if the server reset happened between 9.00 am and 10.00 PM. If it happened to be at an another time, still we have hardly 3 ppl telling us there was a server reset. Hence i fear it must be a local network problem rather than a server issue.

Mr GM,

I am loosing money in sending shouts. i will request u to read the public chat logs or the shout logs in the game to see if the game is lagging or not.
As i write to u this msg many ppl are complaining in the game about lagging

just 3 ppl took the initative to improve the game doesnt mean that thousands aren't facing the problem.

We are aware of lag in the game as we speak. we have also notified the network team to check it up.

As a network engineer i hope you do understand about packet loss in case of local network issues. In such a situation the server may time you out after a period of no response.

Again, we communicate to you using the forums should not be misunderstood as we live in the forums. We are online and we are keeping tab of such issues.

It would help us further if you can let me know more details regarding your location and ISP. Pls write to [email protected] and send these details.
