15 mails to Support but no answer MY character was Hacked

Hi GM
My character was hacked in a very confusing situation.
After getting hacked the hacker in my name had taken Super Shue and the whole set of yano as well as Super Shue of Dontkillme.But tth hacker returned the set ans Super Shue of Yano adn didn't return Super Shue of Dontkillme back to him from my character.


The next day the hacker himself gave the password of my character after taking everything accept shues and even deleted my mercenary.I lost nanna from it too.Due to tht hacker Dontkillme even lost her SS.

Plzz i have sent 15 mails to Support but they simply tell tht they have forwarded the request.
2 weeks have passed but no replies to me.
Guides also can't answer my questions properly.


My character name is Pcomapny.
Sir plzz help me out.
The hacker had given me password when i was playing with my brother's character.The hacker knew everythiong about me.I never gave my id or password ever to anyone.

If u can't return my stuffs back at least plz return me Dontkillme's Super Shue as she made a great loss. Plzzz Return me my merc as well as Nanna too as i worked hard on tht.Set can be made again but Super Shue costs a lot plzzzzzzz help me out GMS.
This is high time but no replies SIR we are paying...

Anyone who thinks i am right and Gms should help me plzzz post a reply to this message to help me out GMs plzzzzzzzzz help me :cry:



Even Frehis(Gogul) talked to U.....regarding this.....He is A3 game official.....and knows me personally.....u cna ask him abt my verification to know whether i am the rael one or not......Plzzz help me out.......

I dont know abt Pcompany, but yes Dontkillme lost shue. However he lost that shue coz of u and i think if u cant get it back, u should suitably compensate DKM for that, by giving him items, shues, wz whatever. That is if u urself are not lying about the whole affair while trying to scam DKM's shue off.

Hey man better get one thing i amn't lieing.I lost my set too adn am gathering money for new set to.I even told him tht i would pay him upto 3.5k money for this Shue which he lost bcoz of my character getting hacked.I haven't refused ok.GMS are not replying to it.and by the way Zindian i gave my SS perfect combo to her until she gets the SS back.I am not interested in any such affairs of stealing.I am ready to give her whtever i get.......


U can surely ask him
