Ur forum registration is ain't working and i dodged a complaint be4 1 month abt it , but till now nothin is done .
2day i talked wid guidemax and she told tht "all details which r goin on abt the hack issues cant be xplained through mails" . ok i agree , if we want full details abt our hacked char we have only 2 ways (i.e pm guides or post here in forums) . Be4 Guides used to say to send mails to [email protected] . And 2day i knew the fact abt mails .
Now we r left wid only 1 way (i.e post in forums) . When we post in forums also abt our hacked char if u dont reply wht should we do???
Guidemax told tht u will check posts . so i hope u will check this post
so i am saying abt the history of my char.

MY CHAR NAME IS magethegreat . IT IS LVL 119 BE4 I GOT HACKED.
I GOT HACKED FOUR(4) IN TWO(2) MONTHS CONTINOUSLY .
U GAVE MY CHAR BACK TWO(2) TIMES . 1ST TIME MY BROTHER GAVE THE PASS TO HIS FRIEND AND HE HACKED MY MAIN SHUE WHICH WAS LVL 90+.
BUT ON THT DAY ONLY I GOT MY CHAR BACK. MY OTHR FRND KNEW THE DETAILS WHICH THE HACKER WILL KEEP AS THEY BOTH R CAFEMATES . SO HE HLPED ME TO GET MY CHAR BACK ON THT DAY ONLY BUT LOST MY 90+ SHUE .
2ND TIME I GOT HACK AFTER 3-4 DAYS. SO I MAILED TO A3SUPPORT AND GAVE THE DETAILS WHTEVER I HAVE AND GOT MY CHAR BACK .
THT TIME I LOST MY SEXY OPTIONED STUFF AND CASH, ETC..... .1 MORE IMPORTANT THING IS THT THE FORGOT PASSWORD PAGE -2 WAS NOT CMIN WHICH ASKS SECRET ANSWER AND DOB .
HATREL WAS LAUNCHED BE4 I GOT MY CHAR . AND MY CHAR WAS IN FREEZE DURING 1ST TIME INVESTIGATION . SO BY THE TIME U UNFREEZED MY CHAR I BOUGHT 750 PIN (I.E 6 MONTHS RECHARGE) .
BUT I DONT KNOW THT WE HAVE TO STORE THE MAIL OF OUR PIN SO THT IT HLPS WHEN WE GET HACK. SO I DELETED THT MAIL .
3RD TIME AFTER GETTING MY CHAR BACK AFTER 2-3 DAYS I GOT HACKED AGAIN AND I LOST MY STUFF ETC... . I GOT CHAR BACK AGAIN BY THE SAME MAIL PROCESS .

THE HACKER SOLD EVERYTHING IN MY CHAR AND MADE PUBLIC SHOUTS ABUSING GAME, U PPL
AND GUIDES. ASK GUIDES IF U WANT THE INFO ABT WHT THE HACKER DONE WID MY CHAR ON THT DAY.
And the most important thing is tht i didnot share my pass after i got hacked 1st time (i.e when my bro told pass to his frnd) and moreover i left the place and shifted to a new place (i.e shifted frm Hyderabad to New Delhi) , so i didnot sahre wid ne1 then , but also i got hacked 3 times when i didnot share my pass wid ne 1. And this time also the forgot pass page-2 is not cmin . Plz do smthing abt my char and ensure tht no 1 hacks my char again . And plzz return my char wid full stuff which i have lost and the shue (mainly shue) .

But i am sorry to say i cannot so the same with the items. Not all items can be retrieved. There are three ways to get status of your case
1. Post in the forums
2. PM a Gm in forums
3. Write to a3support asking for status on the case.
Guides will not answer any questions about hacked accounts/items. They are a "Guide" and not a GM. Their sole purpose is to teach you how to play the game/guide you through the basics.

And u told u can retrive only few items na but plzz dont forget to retrive my shue which is 90+ . hehe
