i got a question if someone somehow manages to know my DOB can he hack into my account.
i want an explanation in this bcoz i heard many ppl got hacked in that way.

yes there is a possibility .. but DOB alone is no good enough to hack u ... need sme more additional info which cann't be revealed because it may be misleading for many youngsters ..... So don't share any personal info with others not even ur name n place ..... if anyone keep ask ur name tell ur IGN thts it .. if thy keep on asking ignore them r inform guides (hope thy ll take action) .........

Hi hydrus,
Your account has been retrieved to you. Also With reference to account retrievals it may nto necessarily mean you will get your account back in 48 hrs. Quite often it takes more time than that to solve these issues. About your character it will be retreived within 48 hrs. Dont over exagerrate things such as 48 days. We could see that you have shared your account happily. By the book we could ve just given you a reply in 48 hrs stating this account is shared by more than one player and hence we hold no responsibility over its safety. We chose to do otherwise and crack our heads on whos your buddy and whos the hacker and it took a small bit of delay certainly much lesser than 48 days as you claim.
The same applies to your character retrieval too.

GMs....i do understand your frustrations with all those million a3 guys screaming at you all the time......but the thing what you have to understand is that the game players are basically your customers.....and the customers happen to be in a younger age span category. I know it is not easy to satisfy all the needs and queries in this sector.
But the thing is that you guys are not transparent enough. One thing customers hate is an automated response or response just for the sake of it, not clarifying things enough. Could you please make it a point to tell the people what exactly you are doing, what you plan to do and how much time it is going to take.....and stick to it....???? And I have read several of your replies....not even one of them is in a format thats to be followed while interacting with customers.....do please understand that you are also here to do business....the more queries you resolve succesfully and properly, the more business you get....the way the GMs talk, it appears the GMs are also in this younger age span category or worse. Nothing is formatted and it appears as though you are one of the game players, the difference being that you are on the sify side with a lot of power. That is what people hate. There are a million MMORPGS out there, just understand that people are sticking to A3 for some particular reasons. And its upto you to retain that customer database, if not enhance it.
And also do understand that even if the customer has done something wrong, he is still your GOD. If it was not for him, you wouldnt be sitting on the other side. The way you have accused HYDRUS, it appears that you are doing some sort of favor to him by returning his character. People might scream at you for a lot of reasons. Please get into HYDRUSs' shoes and imagine a life for him without A3 for so many days. The thing will be that all his peers in the game would have lvled up by now and gone to higher levels or Gs. That will certainly be adding to his frustration. There is one thing you guys have to learn....the meaning of the word EMPATHIZE......please look into a dictionary and learn the meaning of the word. And use it as well.....People accuse you for a lot of reasons. That shouldnt make you scream back at them like nincompoops. Jus remember that you are running a business. AN EYE FOR AN EYE MAKES THE WHOLE WORLD BLIND.
( PS: Instead of coming in the game as some G character, come as some Phameino or something like that. People can hit you like a punchbag and level out their frustrations..........

Business or customer service doesn't mean that customers can take out their frustations and slap stick humour on us. We do not provide such a service. We have published a game for all of you to participate and have fun while still respecting the right of others to have fun. To maintain this we have laid out certain rules and conditions.
Its just cant say that the customers are young in age so they will be like that its a LAME thing to do. Try swearing to one of those people who attend those many available toll free numbers offered by other services and you would get a prompt wake up call - one that wakes you upto the fact that the person on the other end is doing their job which is not necessarily being your personal counsellor.
We do stick on to time if you players play stick on to ROC, if they then the time what we take will be lesser than what we commented. Because of this it takes so much of time. Only account issues take time. 100 % of them are due to player carelessness. We are not reponsible for the same. yet we do our best to help you out.
Since you players are not sticking to ROC how you expect the GMs to come on the players shoes, after we doing so many things to players.
Also we are not lawyers and doctors who have been requested to be a GM temporarily. All of us have been and are still gamers. I have more than decade of gaming behind me. Do not come to the conclucion that we dont empathise with gamer needs. We certainly do and thats why we break our heads and burn the midnight oil to get back accounts to players who seem to have
- forgotten their pass
- No profile info
- haphazardly character info
- To top it all everyday reminder through guides in the filthiest lang possible.

I really agree with Abhijith at one point here, that you guys should improve on the mailing system. Though I understand that you guys cant give each and evry tit-bit about your working methodology to the players. But still you guys can atleast make an effort to inform the player concerned about the outline of the progress made.
But Abhijith, you said that GMs have a lot of power. Man they are game publishers and they have all the right in the world to have power. And if you or anybody hates it, you cant do anything about it. Man just consider an example:--
Lets say you are working for an MNC (which I believe you are). You have your bosses, who have set certain guidlines for the employees. The bosses do have extra powers than employees and customers and thats why they are bosses. They cant let employees or customers run the company. If you hate a boss, because he asks for an explanation from you for not abiding the set guidelines. Man you are at fault.
And dude, I just wanna ask a question to every player here. How many of you have read the complete ROC and abiding it. I can guarantee 95% of players dont even know that some ROC exists. And 99.99% are not abiding it. If the GMs or other officials are not lenient to those guys. Everybody will be banned. So dude before blaming somebody, just look at your own deeds.
And also do understand that even if the customer has done something wrong, he is still your GOD
LOL, man who made you think that. Are you undergoing some CRM training in a call centre. This is a profit oriented organization and not a freebie. And CUSTOMERS ARE NOT GODS. Yes officials are paid from the money paid by customers. But dude you are not doing charity. You are getting something in return of your money.

LOL what an example of empathy. Man how many times have you empathized or praised GM's or others work. I can quote thousands of posts here where everybody is abusing each other and officials. Can you single out atleast 10% where they are being praised for their work.
Man it is easy to make accusations. Everybody can. But try to do something constructive for the game or community. Stop cribbing and accusing for anything and everything you can find.
And GM's, I really hope and wish, that INSOMNIA will be back in game ASAP.
