Frankly we havent got substantial amount of info from you guys to understand the root of the problem. It would greatly help us if you could do the following.
1. Write to
[email protected] reporting LAG.
2. Recieve the batch file to get tracert details.
3. We understand this lag happens only during certain times. So it would help us if you could give us the following
-----
1 tracert when you are experiencing smooth game play.-----
3 tracerts done one after the other during the time you experience lag.
4. Everytime you do a tracert - Run the file, wait for a good 3-5 mins. Open the notepad file called a3tracert.txt found in the desktop and confirm you find
'Trace route complete' at the end of file. Save it with the names suggested.
5. Once you have these tracert's send them to us at
[email protected].
It may be a little too much to ask from a player, but we sincerely hope most of you here would take part in this test and provide us with the information regarding data transfer. It would improve the whole system.
