SEE man i had much of u n ur GUiDE Yesterday u said me smthing n dat was tell ur friend dat 2 SEND A mail 2 u with dat id u sended n me also i did dat n he also i think now i get a mail from u dat v cant hlp n ur Guide also says dis but u will never listen ppl u will only listen 2 ur Guide na ask him how does he talks he says like Hello did u understand wat i said i n dat a manner dat the person is a fool n y u all r sayin different things i did a mistake n i apologise for dat i said sry 2 Guide also u can ask him for disturbing him if he again talks 2 me like dis wat can i do v do i have wasted so much money on dis game n time but after dat i get a mail dat u can get ur account back n the thing i did was not a crime dat i cant get it n i said sry also 2 u n ur Guide n if u wanna listen 2 me properly plzzzzzzz cm online once I am BEGGING U FOR MY CHARACTER plz sir give me my character back i am vry sry again n plzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz cm online once for my sake
I ll put it in the simplest way possible what happens if your account gets hacked.
1. Report to the support team. NOT TO THE GUIDE. They are only there to guide people about game play. Not your short cut to the support team.
2. Send in all the information required from only ONE E-MAIL ADDRESS. IF you and your friends and family are each going to send a mail each. From our end it looks like 10 people asknig for the pass. Whom should we send the pass to.
3. Since you told me your friend only sent the other mail asking for the ID, it wouldnt be too difficult to ask the same friend to write in to us saying he does not own the ID and he was only trying to help.
4. We will try our best to help you. But if you cant do the least bit that I have mentioned above then i am very sorry to inform you that you will not be able to get that account and it will stay with its current owner.

Well We will make things a little more easier for you. We will mail your friend who asked for the account to verify. If he is going to mail back stating it is his account again then i have to tell you we are helpless here.
About the Guides, they have been the best they can be in your case. You have been an absolute menace to them. If you think otherwise how else you would explain the following.
Login with some new char, Go up to the guides and tell them to give your account back to you, which they cant do any case. They tell you that, call them all sorts of things, then ask for a GM to come online. The guide informs you it will not be possible and you can contact GM's by mail or in the forums. You take so much time to argue and threaten the guides that you dont want to go public in the forums. Not required at all. Pls feel free to come out and voice your opinion here, in a civilized way that is. Coming back to the topic, you disturb them enough to get a GM online. I listened to you yesterday and told you what you can do to get your char back.
You repeat the same stunt today to get a GM online. Thats why i came online and banned your chat. Do not repeat this or you will face stringent penalty.
After that you spam the guide thinking i am reading all her cht messages. Very impressive

Pls understand that i cannot simply reset and send you the pass because of a post in the forums. You have to give us some credible info to validate your claim. We are very much ready to give your account back. Just do what i told you. You will get your account in no time.
About the Guide telling you she has to talk to many players, If you keep pestering her for an answer that she doesnt have Even after she informs you what to do, There is simply nothing she can do other than move on to the next query from another person.

I am sorry i cannot do that. You simply refuse to follow any procedures without reasons. I don see any other reason for you asking me to login to the game and converse. There is nothing special I can do by logging in and chatting with you. Pls send the mail as requested else there is nothing much i can do.
