Dear Gm,Guides,
My character evanescence was hacked 2 months ago,i used to keep telling the guides to do somthing.They always ask me to send the report to the customet support,i do as they say and the response i get from A3 is dat the Id is being investigated.Now wat do i say,THE GM's weresupposed look into the issue around 2 months ago and they still havent.Today i was just browsing thru the forums,and i saw a list of permanent banned gamers,i was shocked when i saw my Id in it.Now Mr.GM's,Guides tell me why has been evanescence been added in the permanently banned list,and why u guyz arent responding when i send u guyz mails.I can even send u proof dat character is mine ,i can send the RESETPASS and all the stuff related to dis issue.If u say u cant help me im ready to quit the game.The only reason im still stuck wid this case is the caracter is 130lvl.It took me a long time to get it to dis lvl.i spent a lot of money and time .Flunked in my exams coz of dis tensions,and u guys dont help me???
Everyday i log in wid dis Id and ask the guides whether im gonna get the carac .They say very soon coz GM is investigating.Tell me wat kind of investigation u guyz do .Did u guyz answer me and try to get more info from me???

1)i play from home,so no chance of keyloggers
2)i didnt play from 2 months and i see it in banned list(reply to dis mainly)
GM's dis is a serious issue Gimme my caracter
