Irresponsible Guides in game

Hi Gms,

I would like to bring a few issues which most of the players face with the guides in-game.

We really appreciate the work done by the guides and gm's... But at certain situations they act irresponsible...

For example yesterday when Fennyhood was unable to access his account... I asked the guides "What happened to Fennyhood's Char??".. This was Gidemax's reply(Unfortunately i couldn't take a screenshot of the conversation as it was a shocking reply)...
"The char is banned for 12 months"

The above quote from Guidemax provocated me greatly... All that fenny did was to ask abt Lifestealer being hacked... Probably a little harshly.... (Plz don't take Fenny's comments alone to subtantiate what guidemax replied....) As this post is regarding the irresponsible statements that Guides make in-game....

When Guidemax replied that way it was not only provocating to me but to all my cafe members.... This is when i started abusing the Guide... Coz 12 months is no joke.... As u wud know, high lvl players like Fenny wud have spent years to get to that kind of lvl... Not only have they spent time... They have also spent that kind of money to lvl up their char.... And when they don't get to play their char for 12 months they get demoralized and agitated....

There are approximately 15 ppl playing a3india from our cafe... Most of the high lvl players of Quanato are from our cafe... Many more are coming up....

Fennyhood and Lifestealer are the ones who got most of the players in our cafe to play this game(Including me).... We have the highest repect to these guys and their char... If this is the way u guys handle situation it disappoints a lot of players and leads the game in bad spirit....

The best part comes now:

Approximately after half-an-hour we checked the forums for the status of ban and to find what the guides is true or not.... We saw the temporary ban section... There we found that the ban is just for 1 week... It was a great relief to most of us... To confirm this we again asked the guides how long is the ban... This is how the conversation went....

Ritual:"How long is the ban imposed on fennyhood??"
Guidemax:"Plz refer to the forums."
Ritual: "Is the ban for 1 week??"
Guidemax:"When you know, why are you asking.."

This is not the kind of reply we expected.... Guidemax should have been courteous and replied with a little more responsibility... And tell the period of ban, which would have eased a lot of nerves...

It is just one of the examples where the guides give irresponsible responses....

Instead of claming the whole episode their flair it up further adding to the agitation of many players....

I would appreciate if the gm's take some action in this regard and reply to this post.... I hope the gm's atleast give a valid and responsible explanation as to why Guidemax initially told that the ban was for 12 months when it was just for 1 week...

Is it to blow the whole situation out of propotions and to intensify the situation?? which the entertains the guides...

Now plz don't tell me that since i have brought this out to light, u guys are going to extend the ban period to 12 months...

I would like to suggest a few things to improve the in-game guides... Conduct a poll on the guides based on various parameters.... And ask the guides to improve on those parameters which the players feel they are lacking....

Kindly make this game more player friendly which wud get many more players play this game...

P.S: Players reading this post.... Plz don't don't comment on the players and tell he deserves this and he deserves that... Imagine this happening to one of ur chars which u have played for more than a year...

I'm expecting the gm's to reply...

"U deserve this" , thats what these people, had shouted when my mage caracter was hacked .... i repeat hacked by them and not banned for any offence. "u deserve this " is what they were shouting for yanaa when yanaa got a 20 level delevel for his bug exploitation. I still remember Mr.Exox was in our party with Guidemax when we were talking about penalising map hackers. And exox turned out to be a map hacker himself.

Imagine this happening to one of ur chars which u have played for more than a year...

First u should not be talking this for those who themselves have never cared to imagine what it feels to be in other person's shoes.

HISTORY REPEATS ITSELF, ONLY CARACTERS CHANGE.

I have all my sympathies for what happended to ur char... But plz don't post it here.... Have a different post for it... I have no idea as to what u r talking abt also.. I have heard a lot abt u and yanaa.. But nvr seen...
So plz don't take this topic away from itz focal point which is abt the irresponsible guides......

I know u have played this game twice more than me... If u have also come across such issues then plz post it here which the gm's can take notice of and improve the Player-Guides relation...

And as those people used to say, i repeat in thier words, "i would posts anywhere i like". Remember these are words of your so called sympathetic friends, not mine. And for your info, owners of lifestealer id have taken it back , for deleting and preventing misuse of same, which was grossly evident by what u ppl did to typhlosion.

And Guides for that matter have never been irresponsible. What u think, u can abuse guides and get away with it? It is thier server and they are letting u play for free.

I know that Fenny is banned for 1 week... Plz read the post again... I have mentioned that also...

But yesterday the guides told us that he is banned for 12 months...

If u dont know what ur friends said, then u better go and ask them, cz those are the people u r talking about. U beggars who got half of stuff begging from others, me my friends and my KH PROTECTORS , get the one who is affected to forums, u dont need to speak for them.

This is a question to the GM section NOT a question to IC thread. Stop this habit of intervening in the middle and spoil someones post.

Someone asks a question to the GUIDE and IC replies. The guy justifies his post and IC argues. The GMs open up the thread in their short time and sees huuuuuuuge posts by two people. All they do is they delete it

Please dont post when you are not supposed to

Well their are few ppl who dont deserve fairness. Only those who behave fair deserver it. So i dont give a damn to it.

with out proof nothing can b done ! when ever such incident happens take a screenshot ! . I couldn't understand how could u belive a ban for 1 yr ? t most dumbest person will be able to figure it out but ur shocked ?

u could have scrolled chat window up and taken a screen shot ,i think u get lines for around 15 mins r so when there is average spamming . i am not here to tease u but i don't think whtever u say is true ! better post this in show off section ,

The guides are cming up good when u compared it few months back u should appreciate them n encourage them to improve .Even i have posted sme harsh words against guides in many of t forums but i am admitting now tht thy r doing great job these days ( though it takes sme time to get their attention

)

If u still say tht ur saying true ,then u need to prove it to gm's which is very tough now so better luck next time .
