The use of

Ethea

Concentrate your energy to gain control over opponents. You can decrease opponents’ response time for a certain amount of time.

Basically, it stuns your opponent. Each successive level increases the time your opponent stays stunned..lvl 1 is 30 seconds, lvl 2 60, lvl 3 probably 120.

WHOA!!! NOT THAT MUCH REX, JUST IMAGINE A G9 BUGGER STUNNED FOR 120 SECS, I'D HAVE ENOUGH TIME TO BRING A LVL 50 ARCHER AND PK HIM , THEN STAND NEAR HIS CARCASS AND RANT ABOUT IT!

COMING BACK TO THE TOPIC, THE TIME OF STUN IS VERY VERY LESS, EVEN ON MONSTERS, MIGHT BE 5 SECONDS MAX JUST LIKE STUN SHOT!

But the scroll description for lvl 2 says it lasts 60 seconds?

Yes it lasts for 30, 60, 120 sec. But then its not exactly like stun shot. Its more like a SLOW skill of archer.

which combo is better? Reduce and warat. or .Reduce and ethea.
since we cant use all three together.

Ethea is used to reduce opponent reaction.
This skill is not meant for pvp.
It will be only usful against monster or boss.
It doesn't stun the monster or boss it just reduce the attack speed of monster or boss nothing else.
