Is posting CREDITS necessary

Since long i have been seeing A flaming those who help others by posting info here. Mr.A's argument is that the person helping others have to search forums even for 30 minutes, and make it sure that the info he is posting is not ripped off or even similar to any of the post of forums, indian or SG, in last 2 years, that is when forums were incepted.(obviously that will take much more than 30 mins).
I on the other hand feel that if u go by the spirit of helping others, you will accept that,
1.It is not humanly possible to search this much and wasting 1 hour just to make it sure its not posted before, so that i can answer a question of someone else. No1 have that much time. If the posting of credits is considered mandatory, then i feel half of those who help here will not help simply because its lame to search posts for an hour to give credits to original writers.
2.Secondly if you have posted it before, and hardly any person knows about it, then obviously that post have got buried under some spamming. If the person asking the question dont get to that info post, then how do u expect anyone else to search that post for ensuring credits.
3.You will appreciate a fact that small bits n pieces of info like shues, quests, mobs, drops, etc are so common that its nearly impossible to recognise who discovered the fact. So if a lamer comes n claims it to be his discovery then all i would say is get lost.
4.Lastly, remember, whatever u post here becomes the property of SIFY. They get the exclusive right to use your posts in whatsoever manner they want. So legally speaking as long as SIFY dont have any problem, no1 else can raise any objection.
I do agree that if its a huge info like granita thread posted by Chief, it might be credited to him. That too will change with passage of time, when it becomes as common as other info and Chief will not be remembered for granita post (i m talking about 5 years hence may be). Thats how this world moves.
Your opinions are valued in this thread, be it for or against my views. But keep your personal fights / spamming / flaming out of here.
