Losing out accounts

Hi GM,

We had plenty of cases when people had lost their accounts either due to keyloggers or their own stupidity. Whatever it maybe the thing is that they have invested time and money and lost everything that they achieved. Once the account is hacked is there any way to retireve it? Like putting some sort of a hint question or stuff like that? Or putting a secondary password? Logging IP (tho i know this is not very feasible as people play from DHCP and cybercafes). But whatever, is there anyway to retireve an account once it is hacked

Hi Wardeath,

Yes there is way to retrieve account, by sending mail to [email protected]. Few account related question would be asked, if the player success in answering them, he will get back his account. (We kindly suggest to all players not to share any account info)
