You usually see this, ppl sending public shout asking them to on their whisper, first its waste of 100k(never mind if your rich), second everyone knows that you want to talk to them :twisted: :twisted: , third the person may not see the shout coz now a days ppl r spamming with shouts.

Cheaper way and get the attention, send privte msg.Its only 5k. It will blink in their window

Public shout - 100k
Private msg - 5k (Cheap and effective)
