Is 1-3 really available or not?

I find it fishy that while routinely people sell 1-1 and 1-2, there's no sign of a 1-3 scroll till now, despite the guides having announced its availability long back.
So is the scroll really available or not? Or are the GMs using this to pass the buck onto players, i.e. they still havent finalized releasing Hatrel and are telling us to do the quest to appear as though the responsibility for opening it is upto us!

One thing I've found strange is the guides said that all hatrel map files etc are already there with the client. Yet I've never seen the updater download anything! The last time it downloaded anything, the opening screen acquired an nVIDIA logo.
Also-I've heard from ppl playing on a private server which required patching of an existing A3 client. Those who used the A3 india client were unable to goto nevia or hatrel, whereas those who used the bootleg AR A3 client (long since shutdown) were able to use it fine!!

So where are the hatrel map files then? What do u guys make of this.

rex im right thr wit u i jus believe this is the Gms stalling.........i sincerely believe tht there is no 1-3 scroll available....well if the GMs really wanna make progress on this server and expand their follower base they surely can make at least one 1-3 scroll available to all the ppl who hav done 1-1 1-2 cant they??is it so hard........it wud b a gud way to prove the players wrong wudnt it?????and it wud definitely relieve them of a LOT of critisicm

whts the point of doing spl quest 1-1 , 1-2 its pathetic i didnt even bother doing it, to open hatrel u just need to finish spl quest 1-3 , u dont need to finish spl quest 1-1 -1-2 to start 1-3, and to do spl quest 1-4 u need 300k lore i dont think most of the leechers and mofos like ankeetshitna have tht much and if u fail spl quest 1-4 GG for the 300k lore, u just need to survive with the login screen lion r w.e Rapaka , After tht who ever clicks on hatrel will see ur big name right left side of the screen , look at the screenie its kinda big o_o thts from Ar server , actually they just did it for fun of it i got a spl quest 1-3 from jaloch r w.e in s4 exchanged it for dex g7 unique weapon

and Rex belive the gms the hatrel maps r there just paste wl.ull i think u knw where to get it from -whistle- still didnt get it? im not scared. do wht ever u want Gmdiablo ,1 rule for Dredreck and one more rule for us? go shag with it make 1 rule r shove it

Well i think rex this GMS are just trying to fool us by saying sp 1-3 has been released . Well they said that nevia wuld be launching but viola the guru event came from nowhere .They then said that after the guru event nevia wuld be launched .IS it yet launched???
So guyz no use to see hatrel it wuld be another 4 to 5 months or even more as far as nevia it might take 2 months or they may say after hatrel..
Ohh by the way apple of sodom what u saying was long before its not possible now and thks for appreciating me in ur post (i mean the post in which i wrote i am quitting).
