Sir,
I hav sent all details and mails from alternates sify and important screenies and all i had to prove and got positive reply but please guide me. i know i had sent mail 2 times from my alternate because first i thought ticket was not issued to customer , but then again i tried and i saw 2 tickets on the very first date, now gms i can see only 1 ticket id and reply from your side was {We have responded to you on your other Ticket ID. Please follow up}.and the previous reply on the same ticket was do u have access of sify account? and i had replied from the same ticket saying yes i do have and i had sent mail from my sify today. and ive been replying from the same ticket id from the days its been hacked . gm's if u need me to to post a new ticket also let me know, because i cant see another ticket in my mail. ill do my best again to send all details. But please seeking light from your side please reply on the same ticket 152184 sir.. or if there is any thing else to prove regarding my char please let me know. thanking you!

ive not recieved the pass not in my alternate nor in my sify mail. donno if it is messed in ticket number and iam not able to catch that, it only shows 1 ticket 152184 number and there is no password mentioned in it . please gms instead of tickets can u please help me to receiving pass through mail? please or do it in sify mail. Its is been real long, char hacked before me had received their chars and still i am messed up in this ticket issues please gms mail in alternate or sify as u like and help me sir... please gms check i hav given all details required but stuck in this ticket matter please help me out..
