Directx Error!!

Hi,

i am getting following error when i launch a3 client and press start key.

Directx intialization failed!! if you are running netmeeting, videoconference programmes, 3d games please exit such & execute it again..

please provide me a solution soon as i cant play.

i have sent several mails as well regarding this but reply i get back is we will reply you in 48hours.

Please make sure your Graphic Card drivers are installed properly and are upto date.
