Unable to access old account

Hello there,
I am another addition to that already long list of old players, but my issue is a little more complicated than it seems.
My toon name was Heranama, I started playing in April 2005, I played for 2-3 years, after that I sort of quit and I realised my character was hacked and/or being played by some other person. I wasn't really bothered at that time as I was busy in my real life with some other stuffs. But now I want to come back. I don't know what am I supposed to do in this case because when I tried to retrieve this account, it said it has already been retrieved and activated.
I have some details of the account which no other person has, like first password, the joining date, the name and all (which I can confirm to you with my name verification via Driver's License or any other supported document).
Really looking forward to coming back, but I don't know if it is possible as I don't have access to my Sify email account either, let me know if you can resolve this issue, as I do have some details that no other person can obtain.
