Need Help...

I am a BSNL user... Previously I used to get normal pings below 70... Now lowest which I get is 93 ms... and recently I am getting 200+ ms whole day... only Nite 12 to morning 9 I get normal pings. I dnt know whats the problem coz I using this same net from 2 years. I even consulted other BSNL user's playing this game, dey also face the same kind of lagg. Please resolve this issue. @ Facebook they told to post traceroute and pings... here they are...
I cant play A3 India nicely from almost a month ... its pissing me off... tell me what to do...
