Jakaka and Yatake quests are from Yarmo but I do not think you will get them after lvl 100.
After 100, I did the Heart and Blood quest from yarmo but alternated it with the bentren s1 ("for revenge" - 1 heart each of the foman, wimos, rontu) quest. (got 10% relation with bentren pretty quick!)
After lvl 107 till 120, I spammed only 2 quests - the kinstone s1 quest (115 rontu, 105 wimos) This was to get better drops and improve my shue exp cos s1 has good creeps. The other quest I did was the P1 quest from Yarmo ("a task related to larc" - where you need to get 5 wing bones of the Lledeeg) P1 is also pretty good for shue EXP and that was my main objective since I was breeding my perfect SS.
Do keep one thing in mind though...at a lower lvl (107 - 115) it would be safer for you to do this quest through the entrance from Sywave as there are very few creeps from that side. As your level keeps progressing, you can move further into the map and actually mob which is when you are going to get some good drops and EXP. Watch out for the Es-Kelledeeg though - very nasty at that lvl esp if you do not have a maxed set or a def shue!
You could try your hand at Sywave once you get used to using BoR as also S2 but wtach out for the Lalon
I did not do C3 much as its just quite irritating the amount of mindless pk-ing going on (and also the hordes of irritating mages with their little parties ks-ing all your cyniks and bosses!) and if you have less playing time on your hands, its not particularly exciting to waste it every single day fending off some wannabe pk-er. I hardly used to get at most an hour to play and try to lvl, so preferred to focus on using it constructively to level up peacefully!
If however you get a lot of playing time, I'm sure C3 quests would be great

btw - this is what you are looking for - a good samaritan has posted this and indeed kept his site STILL running!
Check the quest search tool, enter parameters as required and you will get all the quests listed.
Please note that the EXP values listed on the site are double of what you actually get - perhaps taken from a private server but its a terrific tool to compare the EXP between quests and also check favours!
