my character is stuck in the arena . . . please help

to the GMs ,
i logged in to game yesterday night ( saturday - 13 . dec . 2008 ) and when i entered the arena , i got stuck .
i login to the game after a gap of 1 month to talk to friends and i get stuck !!! u still haven't solved the arena problem .
anyway , please get my character unstuck fro the arena as soon as possible - players are thinking that i'm online and not replying to them purposely .

class : H K
arena npc where i got stuck : Sioo in Quanato
time this happened : at 9.10 pm ( approx ) on saturday the 13 th of december 2008 .
