Hi there,

Kindly check INTERACTID:3620182 - I got a mail saying am banned for violating Roc 16. The truth is I gave my account to someone for playing for sometime & He mis-used my account & All this happened. I no its not your fault & I also no I've been already helped by A3 support ppl 1ce. Am ready for any penalty but kindly release my account. I was not there in-game due to my boards but now as my boards are bout to get over I wanna play a3 again but suddenly I came across this problem. Can I get any assistance on my issue?
