they say that my character is baned becoz of i got hacked....

the true thing is i didnt got hacked.i mailed everything to a3 tem but they saying the informations about my character is incorect:(((((
please do something.
u only say if a character belongs to me and sm1 says that its his then y my char should be banned?????i never share my account but they saying on investigation my account was found to be shared.ya my one of cousin`s brother plays my character when i go his home and that also i login and give him. please release my character gmstorm please its a request from my heart.
its my one and only character and i lvled it up since lvl 1.i love playing a3india and i dont want to leave this game.
so please release Bigsmoke
