Character does not appear on login

I can't seem to see my characters once I log into the game. My character's name is Nuwy and is a warrior. I haven't played A3 for a long time and have just activated my account yesterday. When I log into the game my character (above lvl 30) does not appear. Is that because I haven't purchased a renew pin for my account? I want to make sure that my character still exists before actually buying a pin.

Your account status is active and you have last logged in on 26-03-2007. Make sure that you haven’t forgot the user id or you could have tried typing in upper case. Try login with correct user id and password, if the problem persists kindly contact [email protected]
