Gm's help my merc not thr?buggggggg plz help me out

in my chr sonax of a sudden my 3 merc hav been disappeared..i hav been constantly sending mails to a3 support but still did not get any answers..i hav sent all proofs tht my chr was not hacked and merc were not deleted :(
plz gm do somthing my merc were damm high lvl cannt get thm back by lvling from starting & on top of it,itz not my mistake..i just rced and relogged in and saw merc vanished :(
my merc name were
foxxx-179 lvl hk
victosnorl-160lvl archer
vilrond-75 lvl archer
plz gm & guides do somthing and return my merc back coz they aint deleted
