Why does health reduce slightly when drinking a feulmer?

hahaha!!!omg rex lolz health does not reduce wen u have feulmerr it increases ur hp bar or ur hp points or ur vitality so u have more hp than normal lolz it does not go down

yeah only cruise does tht...ha ha

cruise the screwed up warrior skill as xan used to say...

but it rocks later when tht 400 hp loss is negligeble

here explaining cruise...

It reduces well the hp bar so ur hp stays at a max of 400 lesser than normal
for the time tht cruise is present...

lets say an hk then buffs a warrior or the cruise time runs out well then the bar goes back to normal max hp but u gotta pot to fill it up again...

lvl 1 cruise gave me 138 lightning ataack...lvl 1 is 100% increase...

lvl 3 i never got to but it would have been insane...bout 250 ele damage...

and it penetrates breath of reydan too...
