Server Resets whenever u feel like

the above mentioned will give u all details. i am travelling various towns in western part of india so there is virually no location for me. you can say mostly indore, ahmedbad, mumbai, pune, vadodara. all these places have different ISPs.

I am not saying there should be no problems. There can be problems but why should I pay for them?

Think about it not as self defence put urself in the customers shoes and think. Customer is the key for seeing highs in business.

Be assured that 99% of the ppl are facing lags. believe it or not is upto you ppl are leaving the game due to lags.

I've sify broadband connection .. but still my connection is not good
some packets are missing when i ping .. i've send mail to sify customer care..

AS USUAL NO USE

so don't quote that "sify broadband connections are good"

Hi abdul,
I totally agree with you. We should try to give the best service. But the correction is, we provide content - which is the game, we do not provide bandwidth. These are two different sectors.

Dear All new ppl who post here,


if u can ping the A3 server does not mean u have a good Quality Of Service(QOS) it only means ure phyically connected to the server.

The issue being discussed here is the server working slow/with errors/restarting.

GM request u to ignore connectivity issues.

Please correct yourself, I am not asking players to ingnore connectivity issues Mr.Network Engineer. I am providing clarity over where the problem actually lies. If you are exposed to MMOG's you will understand that MMOG's are actually built for numbers 4 times the amount here. It also means that our servers designed as per game requirements is at hardly 25 % usage.

As long as the problem is within sify where we are hosted, resoulution can happen very fast. And with ISP's such as Airtel and BSNL who co-operate it is relatively fast compared to other ISP's.

Lags experienced by everyone playing this Godforsaken game.


Have u faced lags share it here dunno why the poll link isn't working we just got 1 person voting. ppl say they can't vote.

As GMFirst wants more views on this:

I don't know about server reset. I mostly play in nights and have experienced the problem of getting DCed 4-5 times in last 1 month, but those were not server reset.

About lag......yes it lags a lot. It doesnt matter whether I am using Sify or Reliance or Airtel...most of the times it lags a lot and I know for sure that it's not due to the connectivity. Couple of online games I play, have US based servers. But I lag very less on those servers as compared to A3 India.

p.s: The poll option is not working.

Here's what you can do to reduce lag

If you are playing from a sify cafe - when you face lag, Inform the guide it is lagging without any abusive additives and present the following information.
Cafe Id - can be recieved from admin of cafe.
Location of cafe.

If you are playing from a home connection/private cafe - write to [email protected]. Recieve the tracert batch file that we send. Revert back with the tracert results. We can improve your gameplay experience based on these test results.

P.S Please check if you have set an end date for the poll.
