hmmm.....did you not get what i meant??? I dont think so....I used the word " appears ".....it means to say that it appears as though GMs are flaunting off thier power. I do agree that they really have the all the right in this world to have the power in their hands.
( Lets say you are working for an MNC (which I believe you are). You have your bosses, who have set certain guidlines for the employees. The bosses do have extra powers than employees and customers and thats why they are bosses. They cant let employees or customers run the company. If you hate a boss, because he asks for an explanation from you for not abiding the set guidelines. Man you are at fault. )
am sorry dude...never been on the other side....i dont work in a MNC...i run a MNC.....and I do let my employees have a say in running the company....I do believe in the word transparency...So, I make it a point to tell my employees each and every word of what I am doing. Certainly in my organization guidelines can be challenged by each and every employee and a consensus is arrived at.
( And dude, I just wanna ask a question to every player here. How many of you have read the complete ROC and abiding it. I can guarantee 95% of players dont even know that some ROC exists. And 99.99% are not abiding it. If the GMs or other officials are not lenient to those guys. Everybody will be banned. So dude before blaming somebody, just look at your own deeds. )
How many people ever read the ROC or the manuals in this world?? I do agree that if someone does not agree to the terms and conditions, the company can say hoot hoot to him. But it certainly does not make sense in business. Everybody just knows that. When people do not know about ROCs, is it not part of the company to educate people about it?? You have given me a very theoretical approach. It never works practically. OMG, what if everybody is banned?? GMs are lenient?? CRAP is the word there. I have absolutely nothing else to say that one because thats the most stupidest idea that one can ever get. It literally means closing down the company. Bye bye....Shoo shooo.....

LOL, man who made you think that. Are you undergoing some CRM training in a call centre. This is a profit oriented organization and not a freebie. And CUSTOMERS ARE NOT GODS. Yes officials are paid from the money paid by customers. But dude you are not doing charity. You are getting something in return of your money. )
Most of the organizations in this world are profit driven. Unless you call yourself charity, you are assumed to be profit driven. How do you earn more profits?? The better you serve your customers, wont you get more profits?? Am sorry, I do see a connection there....and so do all the millions of organizations out there....Why on earth would Motorola emphasize on Six Sigma standards?? Oh...let me take Satyam servicing itself. Just go to Google and type in Satyam and ESCM. Unless am mistaken, even the GMs are here to provide you with support and help and they need to stress on certain quality parameters.
( PS: Instead of coming in the game as some G character, come as some Phameino or something like that. People can hit you like a punchbag and level out their frustrations.......... )

wtf 1 whole page and i wasted the time 2 read both ur posts
but i do agree 99% of this game is played by kids blow 18 and some ppl who dun even understand english so how do u expect them to read ROC and all
and regarding sharing ids the players playing frm cafes also get the pressure of frnds who are low lvls or ppl who want to show of to other frnds etc etc

ok hey gm what happened i was told that i would get my char by 48 hours and what now its beeen a month i knows you guys were talking about ROC what about the stuffu guys promise and dont live up 2 it 
and guys when u say some thing live up 2 it or your credibility goes down

But i would like to check up on that 48 hrs = 48 days. Can you please provide me an INTERACT ID or some other info such that i can check up on that case, Hydrus. It would really help us to fix any any loop holes causing delay.
