PKING HIGH LVL CREEPS??

Damn these high lvl creeps LIKE Vladiora pked me like hell man,
and she did it about 3-4 times.
I hate this but i love her so i did not retaliate but i dont like high lvl players pking noobs at will anytime when they are leeching.

SHOULD PKING BE TOLERATED ? AND SHOULD THE PKERS BE CROWNED??
