2x pin did not recvd purchased at 3 pm roday

2x pin did not recvd yet, sent almost 25 plus mails still getting response that it will take 48 hours. why if the TAT mentioned is 30 min. why it would take 48 hours to come. what kind of management is that. it is totally worst ever experience for me.

24 hours gone....no response over mail and no information. any suggestions?

Depending on the app used for payment and the banks involved, it may take longer for the payment to get reflected and the pin to be generated.

Check your Purchase History in Service Panel or your email Spam/Junk folder to see if the recharge pin has arrived there.
