Issue with 2x XP PIN activation

Dear Support Team,

I recently purchased a 2x XP PIN, and while the website confirms that the PIN is active, I am not receiving the double experience points when completing quests in the game. Could you please investigate why the 2x XP boost is not being applied?

I also found that many players who recently activated 2x XP PIN are facing the same issue.

Can confirm purchased 2x few days ago and now it's not working.

PLEASE FIX ASAP!
