I’ve been consistently following up with the support team regarding my account recovery. My character was banned in March 2023 with an indefinite ban, but no reason or release date was ever provided. Since then, I have been trying to resolve this issue.

On 24/05/2023, Support (Mahesh Khanna) requested proof of a government-issued photo ID to confirm my account ownership. I submitted my ID the same day. Later, on 08/12/2023, I was again asked for account details, which I provided (character name, account ID, name, secret question, etc.).

The first request for details was back in April 2023, which I had already submitted. Even after providing my government ID, I was asked 2nd time for the same information, and I completed again.

On 12/02/2024, Support replied saying they had investigated but that the profile details I shared were marked “invalid,” and they again asked me to resubmit. I immediately responded on 13/02/2024, pointing out that after so many months—and despite submitting my government ID—they were now questioning my ownership. When I cross-checked, I realized that one of my answers may have had a small discrepancy (a lowercase instead of a capital letter). But come on—could something so minor really be the reason I’m not getting my account back, even after providing my government ID? Since then, I haven’t received any response.

I kindly request that the GMs re-investigate this issue. I have been deeply attached to this server since the Sify days, and it has always been a big part of my gaming life. When I finally had the chance to make an A5 character, I gave it everything—I invested countless hours and took full advantage of the 2x event and 2x Pins during the lockdown days to build my Archer to Level 165.

It’s been over three years now, and I am still unable to access the character I poured so much time, effort, and dedication into. The indefinite nature of this ban—with no clear reason or timeframe for release—has left me completely in the dark and unable to move forward.

Thank you for taking the time to review this. I sincerely hope this matter can be resolved so that I can return to the game and continue with the character I worked so hard to achieve.
