Your masters only are abusing on family of players in game, who are you complaining about ? Is it a new thing ? And when they abuse, Q abuses back.

Instead of licking abusers for free stuff and then moving your tail on the ground to clean their shit, educate them about being educated

It's happening. It didn't use to. I am sure GM's can check the shouts that were made and it would clearly clarify how it starts

We cannot actively monitor the chats since that would be a lot of effort. However, we have a filtering system in place that scans chats for offensive words and issues extended chat ban to players. Abusing from new accounts or characters will however attract a temporary account ban. All this happens automatically in the background and you need not worry about it.
