Regarding Mage & HK PS Points

Respected Gm's & A3 Players;
I want to know about the important quests, MS & PS.
I want to make a good mage who can be powerful & can't be pk easily. My lvl is 138 & i want to know how i can make a good dex mage who pan easily hunt in all maps of Hatrel & Clor..
Which MS i should increase, so that i and be saved my critical attack, magic evasion n others.
I have already learnt robust 6, and armor 5 now what i should increase. I also want to know about ele-staff & non-ele staff skills. What will be best for me (staff).
Reagrding HK;
I want to make a new hk character, so guide me what i should increase after lvl 10. which kit is better, MS & PS points. So that i can tank 6-9 hatre bosses easily.
Please you people also suggest me about mercy. what i should make & which mercy is better. Also tell me about the MS points of mercy.
Should i put g8 or g7 kit to mercy or just weapon is enough to handle for both Mage & HK mercy.
