no reply frm support system....evry tym auto responce sayz ..allow us 48 hours to respond to you......its been more dan 3week still no reply for single mail...

lolz 3 week only? here we are waiting for mail since 3-4 months. till now GM so called 48 hour not over :P so "ap katar me he,Bhai line me lago" :D

Dear Players,

We are working hard to deliver faster results but then we have the following issues:

1) Some players open different tickets for a same issue. This makes it more difficult for us to trace out the original issue and sort it out.

2) Other geniuses open tickets with a strange language, which makes the issue complicated. I don't need to mention the names over here.

3) Many of the players have been opening tickets for hack/scam issues. We would like to help, but then if we keep on helping them, many others will come requesting us for the lost stuff. Moreover, we make it clear that we won't help all those players who have either sold/bought characters/stuff for real cash. Socress make a note of the same, we won't help players who share characters and open a ticket for hack/scam issue. Most of the players are already warned through our previous mails. We are not replying to any such mails which we feel are caused because of the negligence on behalf of the players.

4) Many characters are still under investigation who have done RC deals. GMkarr will be addressing them personally in game.

that means you are not bothered to freeze the character who gets hacked by some others means and you will allow the hacker to take over some others hardwork.

now thats not at a professional response who is maintaining server this big.

ok sir bt plzz releas my char as soon as possible....wateve i had in game its my hardwork sir.......try 2 undstand my feeling...n plzz giv me 1 chance...let me play 1nc again :( :)

So, what do you expect? We are not into babysitting sessions. How can a hacker hack your account without your negligence. I clearly mentioned if we start helping, we will be spammed with requests. That is the reason we have been repeatedly giving announcements in game to keep your account safe. However these type of hacking/RC deals/scam issues will be addressed by Gmkarr.

my char got hacked an now hacker is playing my char.he selling my stuffs...an Plz check sifymails ticket number..we are w8ing 9 to 10 mnth ...Plzz freez my char asps Sir....THis is humble requesting...:(

w8g for char unbann release :( game has startd bt i dnt hav char 2play n ......GMstorm plzzz look into my issue n solve it as soon as possible...
